Personally I don't know how exactly the blacklisting works. Maybe
openscenegraph.org is hosted in a server with other stuff which might be
sensitive?
I have just arrived in China ( I never lived here before ) and notice
this...Maybe it depends on my entry point for connection or the kind of
my connection. Friends told me they usually use proxy in order to access
blocked website.
When I will have a more decent connection I will do further test.
